of course Bates is physically stronger than Thomas. what i love is that Thomas quickly composes his face, before the back of his head smacks against the wall, even. because to win this game, he’s got to rely on the slink and the smirk.

Your opinions are good and you should feel good, IMO. I definitely thought back to this scene when Vera was found dead - even though J. Fells obviously wasn’t intending it, my opinion was cemented that Bates was guilty as hell because of it.

also might be slightly baww-ing at Thomas calling himself a champion. U R THE BEST at, uh, encouraging the crushes of flighty, adolescent scullery maids. U DASTARD.
